Outside, the 12 acres of beautiful, landscaped grounds have woodland, rhododendron walk, terraced lawns, orchard and babbling brook. 

Idyllic, but we have added more:

a heated swimming pool,

games room

and seating and dining areas. 

These will keep you exploring for hours, children will love playing pooh sticks from the bridge over the brook, the terraces and orchards are perfect for hide and seek, whilst adults take the chance to chill, kick back and relax appreciating the views from one of the many of seating areas.

you will find the lake & lake house.

The Lakehouse provides undercover – alfresco seating and dining space for 26 guests with a beautiful patio overlooking the lake and jetty is the perfect spot to sit and unwind with a glass of wine.

The Lakehouse kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a lazy lunch. Equipped with a WC and changing room, towels provided so you can really make the most of wild swimming in the lake.

Bring your own paddleboards and have a relaxing afternoon on the water.

On those chilly evenings the Lakehouse is stocked with logs to keep the fire bowls lit and keep the evening chill at bay.

In spring the lake is bustling with tadpoles, if you stay long enough you might just spot the otter that lives in the nearby lime brook.

Lakehouse Kitchen equipped with: Double range style oven, microwave, kettle, dishwasher, fridge, ice machine, serve ware, dinnerware, cutlery, highchair, pots / pans and glassware.
